Why I decided to try NutriFeron, what I’ve learned from using it, and why it has remained part of my wellness routine.

Disclosure: I’m an independent Shaklee Wellness Ambassador and may earn compensation from Shaklee product sales. The experiences and opinions I share here are my own.

For much of my life, I thought about wellness the way many people do: something would happen, I wouldn’t feel my best, and then I would figure out what to do about it. I remember being sick frequently from the time I was young. As I got older, allergies and sinus issues were also part of the picture.

By the time I was in my 30s, I had started asking a different question:

What could I do to be more proactive about supporting my health instead of always thinking about it after the fact?

That question eventually became an important part of the way I approach wellness. And it’s one of the reasons NutriFeron became part of my routine.

Why I Became Interested in Everyday Immune Support

Before discovering NutriFeron, my understanding of immune support was fairly basic. Like a lot of people, I knew about vitamin C. I knew there were certain vitamins and wellness products people often reached for at particular times of the year or when they weren’t feeling their best.

What I hadn’t really thought about was making immune support part of an everyday wellness routine. That idea interested me.

I was becoming much more intentional about nutrition, healthy habits, and the supplements I chose to use. Instead of thinking only about what I could do when something went wrong, I wanted to think about how I could support my body consistently. That mindset is what made me curious when I first learned about NutriFeron.

What Made Me Want to Try NutriFeron

I’m not someone who likes taking something simply because somebody tells me it’s good for me. I want to understand it. I want to know what’s in it, why it was formulated the way it was, and what makes it interesting.

When NutriFeron was introduced to me, I was especially interested in its botanical approach and in what I learned about the research behind the formulation. That got my attention.

I had already been learning more about nutrition and supplementation, so the idea of adding a botanical immune support supplement to my routine made sense to me. I decided to try it for myself.

Over time, it became one of those things that simply stayed on because I found it really helped with the severe allergies I suffered from my entire life. After using NutriFeron for several months I noticed it not only build my immune system, I no longer had allergies. I also learned that immune health is tied to allergies. Allergy shots had never worked for me.

What Is NutriFeron?

NutriFeron is a Shaklee dietary supplement formulated to help maintain healthy immune function.

The current U.S. formula contains zinc and copper along with the MACH® patented blend of four botanical extracts: pumpkin seed, safflower flower, Asian plantain seed, and Japanese honeysuckle flower. The current U.S. label directs adults to take two servings of caplets daily. I many times will take more than one serving daily during Winter and allergy season.

That botanical approach was one of the things that originally interested me. But for me, the ingredient list alone isn’t why I’ve continued using it.

The more important question has always been:

Does this make sense as part of the way I want to care for myself?

In my case, it did.

What Was It Like to Add NutriFeron to My Routine?

Very simple. And I think simplicity matters more than people sometimes realize.

If you already have certain wellness habits, adding another supplement can feel like one more thing to remember. I thought about that too. But I found the caplets easy for me to take, taste wasn’t an issue, and NutriFeron was simple to incorporate into the wellness routine I already had.

Eventually, I stopped thinking about it as something new. It was just part of what I did.

That may sound like a small thing, but I’ve learned that consistency often depends on whether something actually fits into your life. If a wellness routine is too complicated, it becomes difficult to maintain. NutriFeron has been easy for me to keep as part of mine.

Why I’ve Continued Using NutriFeron

If someone were researching this product, I think this would be one of the most reasonable questions to ask me:

Why have you kept using it?

For me, the answer comes back to the way I think about wellness. I don’t want to wait until health becomes a concern before I start paying attention to it. I prefer to create habits that I can follow consistently.

That includes how I eat, how I live, staying active, continuing to educate myself, and choosing the nutritional support that makes sense to me. NutriFeron became part of that bigger picture.

I like knowing why I take it. I like its botanical approach. I like that it fits easily into my routine. And I like thinking about immune support as something I can incorporate into my everyday wellness habits rather than something I consider only occasionally.

That idea of routine rather than reaction is probably the best way to explain why NutriFeron has remained part of my life. Most of all I find that I no longer have allergies or get sick even when I am around others that are.

My Wellness Routine Travels With Me

Travel is a good test of whether a wellness habit has really become part of your life. Earlier this year, my husband and I took a six-week cruise that included Australia, New Zealand, and seven Polynesian islands.

That meant different schedules, shared dinners, activities, excursions, entertainment, and a lot of time around other travelers. My normal schedule certainly wasn’t normal anymore.

But my wellness routine came with me. And so did NutriFeron.

I didn’t suddenly create a special routine because we were traveling. I continued doing what was already familiar to me.

That trip reinforced something I’ve come to value:

The most useful wellness habits are often the ones you can continue when life isn’t perfectly predictable.

Whether I’m home or traveling to the other side of the world, I appreciate having a routine that I understand and can maintain.

Is NutriFeron Worth the Cost?

I think this deserves an honest discussion because cost matters when you’re considering something you may use consistently. Everyone has a budget. Everyone also has different priorities.

The way I personally look at it is this:

I consider my wellness an investment in me.

That doesn’t mean I think everybody should take every supplement I take. I don’t.

We each have to decide what matters to us, what fits our budget, and what deserves a place in our routine. For me, NutriFeron is one of those things.

When I understand why I’m taking something, it fits my wellness philosophy, and I’m comfortable including it in my routine, I’m willing to make that investment.

So when I think about the value of NutriFeron, my question isn’t only:

What does this product cost?

I also ask:

Do I value making this kind of support part of my everyday wellness routine?

For me, the answer has continued to be yes.

What I Like Most About NutriFeron

If someone asked me to summarize what I appreciate most about the product, I would probably come back to four things.

I like the botanical approach

Plant-derived ingredients have always interested me as part of my broader approach to wellness.

I like understanding the formulation.

Education is important to me. I want to understand the products I use instead of choosing something simply because it happens to be popular.

It’s easy for me to use consistently.

I don’t have to build my day around it. It fits into the wellness habits I already have.

It matches my proactive mindset.

This is probably the biggest one. I like thinking about wellness as something I support consistently.

None of those things are particularly dramatic. That is actually part of what I like about them. I’ve become much more interested in sustainable wellness habits than dramatic wellness promises.

What Would I Tell Someone Before Trying It?

First, I wouldn’t tell someone to use NutriFeron simply because I do. I would tell them to learn about it.

Look at the ingredients. Understand what the product is designed to support. Think about why you are considering it and how it would fit into your existing wellness routine and budget.

And remember that a supplement is only one piece of a much larger picture.

I believe nutrition matters. Lifestyle matters. Movement matters. Sleep matters. Learning about your own body matters.

NutriFeron is part of my wellness routine. It isn’t my entire wellness routine. I think that distinction is important.

The current U.S. product label directs users to take two caplets daily and advises people who are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications to consult their physician before use.

Who Might Be Interested in NutriFeron?

I think NutriFeron will probably be most interesting to someone who already likes the idea of being proactive about wellness.

It may especially appeal to someone who wants to make immune support part of an everyday routine, is interested in botanical ingredients, likes learning about the formulation behind the supplements they choose, travels frequently, or already prioritizes nutrition and healthy habits.

That doesn’t mean NutriFeron is automatically right for everyone. My experience can help explain why I chose it. Your decision should still be your own.

My Overall NutriFeron Review

If you asked me over a cup of coffee what I really think about NutriFeron, I would keep the answer pretty simple.

I started using it because I wanted to take a more proactive approach to supporting my wellness. I was interested in the botanical formulation and what I learned about the product. I found it easy to incorporate into my routine.

And after using it for many years, I’ve continued choosing to keep it there. For me, that says quite a bit.

There are plenty of wellness products people try once and forget about. NutriFeron wasn’t one of those products for me.

It became part of my routine because it fits the way I want to approach my health:

consistently, thoughtfully, and proactively.

That’s my experience.

It isn’t a promise about what someone else will experience. Our bodies, circumstances, priorities, and wellness routines are different.

But I do think there is value in hearing from someone who has actually used a product over the long term. If you’re researching NutriFeron and wondering why someone would choose to keep using it, I hope my experience gives you a helpful place to start.
